My Requests

My Requests shows all the tool requests that you have made to get tools (from field).

Request status

Request status shows the status of the request. You can see if the request is fulfilled or not. There are 5 possible statuses:

• Pending : Request from Field, and waiting for fulfillment.
• Ready: Request has been fulfilled and is ready to be picked up.
• Completed: Tools were picked up and handed over to user.
• Cancelled: Request was cancelled, either by user or by admin/tool store staff.
• Out of Stock: Request was marked as out of stock due to lack of inventory.

Get Tools from Field

Create Request functionality lets you request tools and equipments

1. Navigate to Tools Tab
2. Find tools and click Add to Cart for each required tool.
3. In the Cart, click Request, enter desired details like date required and click Create to create tool request. For equipments, click Reserve, enter reservation start and end dates and click Create to create equipment request.

You will be notified once the Request is fulfilled and Ready.You can see what you requested and its status at any time by navigating to My Request tab and checking request status.

Cancel Request

If you no longer need tools that you requested, you can cancel request from My Requests tab. Just locate the request and click to view details, and then Cancel Request.
