My Tools

My Tools allows you to see list of all tools in your custody, transfer tool to a teammate, and request tools from the field.

Tool List

Tool list shows list of all the tools in your custody. It will also highlight any equipments that are overdue.

Transfer Tool to a teammate

1. Click Transfer on the tool you want to transfer.
2. Enter Tool Recipient on Give Tools view and click Create.
3. This will notify recipient that tools are ready for transfer. Once, recipient will Accepts a transfer, tool custody is changed to Recipient.

Get Tools from Field

Request functionality lets you request tools and equipments

1. Navigate to Tools Tab
2. Find tools and click Add to Cart for each required tool.
3. In the Cart, click Request, enter desired details like date required and click Create to create tool request. For equipments, click Reserve, enter reservation start and end dates and click Create to create equipment request.

You will be notified once the Request is fulfilled and Ready.You can see what you requested and its status at any time by navigating to My Request tab and checking request status.

Cancel Request

If you no longer need tools that you requested, you can cancel request from My Requests tab. Just locate the request and click to view details, and then Cancel Request.
